Stayed here from the 8th to the 10th of August with my mum, step dad and friend and it was brilliant!! We were transferred to this hotel from a different one and I am so happy that we were because it was in such a great spot, the manager (i presume) Kirstie and her partner were fantastic and so lovely and approachable - even sitting down with us and just having a chat like we were all old friends. For having the hotel for less than a week, they have done a fantastic job in making the place a warm and welcoming atmosphere that anyone would love to be in. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever, the rooms were lovely and clean. the shower had nice hot water. A kettle, tea, coffee, towel and soap was provided (which is always a nice bonus) and the bed provided probably one of the best sleeps I have ever had in my life! will definitely be back!

Stayed here with my little girl for the night. Location is amazing, few minutes walk to beach, promenade, Arcades, pleasure beach, waterpark and food places. Mcdonalds 5min walk away and wetherspoons ideal with kids. Rooms are basic but great for getting head down for night as we was out all day. Come with en suite bathroom, kettle, tea sugar milk etc. Kirsty the manager and her partner was so welcoming, friendly and hardworking, they have a bar, snooker table. Sweet dispensers for kids. Overall id return. For a budget hotel honestly can't go wrong! Place was absolutely spotless, could do with updating abit but that doesn't affect overall experience. Really appreciated our stay thank you will be back when we return to Blackpool!
This is a great hotel, nice and friendly managers {Nikki + Nigel}, Always well mannered, polite and respectful very friendly too. Rooms are very good. Great Service of them both too. Location is great as we are right next to the South Pier and the Sea. Sadly, Nikki and Nigel left the hotel today as having new managers. Plus, Barry from the hotel around the corner from this hotel is also very polite, respectful and kind to us. 10/10 Everything. We even got called great customers. So good of them
NEW MANAGERS We were transferred from the beckwood hotel to here and we had a lovely stay over the weekend,this is a great budget hotel clean and tidy the managers Nikki and Nigel are amazing hosts 10/10, the bar is great reasonably priced and a great family friendly atmosphere they were great with our little JJ all in all we had a lovely time and will definitely stay here again if we need a hotel in Blackpool. Thanks guys
Excellent value, rooms are basic but clean. Hosts second to none. Will do anything for you. Friendly accommodating. And recommend best places to eat. Wetherspoons not far away, couple of minutes walk, if you like cheap and cheerful.. 5 star service for these wonderful people. Best stay in Blackpool for a very long time.. Thank you so much.. We had a decent stay at this hotel. The room was decent, with private bathroom and shower, comfy bed and well sized for this price point. Location was great, free parking nearby, and 5 minutes from pleasure beach. Staff were very friendly
Service and attention to detail bar none I asked they supplied.... took on comments and made me feel like one of the family.. I traveled alone to a busy mates resort... they made it fr me... relieved anxiety very attentive.... 10/ 10 ... 2 minutes from beach and pleasure beach.... means quiet beach... highly recommend....
